How to contact
Drop-in, phone or email. If service user has an allocated Housing advice officer or Case officer, they should get in contact with their officer directly to arrange any appointments or to discuss anything to do with their case.

Service offered

Housing Advice Service – Housing Advice Officers allocated to provide case work on housing options with clients. Referral to Case Officers in situations where people are homeless or threatened with homelessness – homeless assessments to determine if client is Statutory Homeless and temporary accommodation may be available while enquiries are made about eligibility in terms of homelessness.
